First day of Fruit-only eating. This little adventure was caused by what I think is a low-functioning thyroid. I want to clean out my system and see what happens. I was Vegetarian for 2 weeks leading up to this day. Today I start taking two thyroid supplements (all natural), doing a system cleanse, did a liver cleanse friday night and am taking my acidophilus and flaxseed oil. I'm a little fuzzy in the head and a little gassy. I'm attributing the gas to the system cleanse. Can I do a Spiroutein protein shake when I get home? Should I add nuts? I feel I need a form of protein but it's only day one so how do I know what I my body is asking for and what it's just asking for what it normally gets?
