My living room is painted cinnammon orange, one wall is Celery green, the ceiling the color of the winter sky, the molding is vanilla white and the trim is natural chestnut - I won't go into the furniture colors and the window shades....

Suffice it to say that there are more than 37 colors dispersed throughout my house, and framed by the doorways are many kaleidoscopes of colors that bring out different moods and feelings.

It is fun to watch as the summer sun projects the shadows of our trees upon the walls, cheerfully transforming them into temporary canvases.

Though family and friends thought the concept quite outrageous, the very same, love to come in and feel the colors envelop and emote thought and conversation.

Am I childish for enjoying it so much? Or is the child within finding ways to keep my spirits high?
