Terrible Hand Eczema...

Im a 49 yr male, started getting eczema within the last 2 yrs, had a terrible time with eczema all over my body within the last yr, seemed to get it under control with Evening Primrose oil and 1000 iu. Vit. E, however I have hand eczema also and it just wont go away, at times I have to wear gloves all day long because its so painfull, have tried every steriod cream(they do work for a short time) and hand lotion going, but just cant seem to beat this stuff....anybody had any good luck with anything else?
