im a newbie here and i have some questions about fasting:: plus i want a buddy to start with me tomarrow
i am so amazed by all the stories on here and ive been reading them for weeks and finally decided to sign up today. but i need to know some more info before i fast. ive alwasy been over weight but after i got married i started walking everywhere and i lost a bunch of it.. im 5'2 and i was down to 130 lbs which is fine for me. then i found out i was pregnant. i had my daughter and started my diet again but 2 months after having here i found out i was pregnant again. lol. well my second daughter is now 2 months old and im tired of wearing maternity clothes. like i said im 5'2 and now weigh 182
pounds wow!!
i have seen everyone say
Water Fasting and juice fasting but what about water/sweet tea fasting? i know it sounds crazy but here is my thought: i looked at me tea bags and ont he nutritional value it says zero calories plus i recently swiched from
Sugar to splenda which also has zero calories . both has nothing in them that is bad for me, splend is even used in diet coke now. so would it be ok to drink lots of water and my "sweet" tea. please tell me your thougts
secondly:: im ready to do this right now! i ate all i wanted to eat for thanksgiving and i ate some leftovers today but i cant stand being fat anymore! if i start fasting tomarrow (saturday) and count that as day #1 and i fast for exactly 30 days it will be over the day before christmas which is perfect!! does anyone want to fast with me during that time? nov 25-dec 25 we can write and keep each other motivated. please let me know! im a fat girl that likes her meals lol and i have never missed a meal so this will be quite a challenge.
