Zack yeh Im from the UK I get my stuff from GNC or H&B, I know taking 10 a day would be expensive, so prob just start with 6. And yeh Ive tried all the ones you listed, pumpkin seeds are good, Im just sick of the taste of them, but il try and get back to them, I used to skip the pinapple and just take a bromelein cap, I brought the Hulda Clark tincture a few times, and from uk herb place called organic nutrition (which wasn't very useful), these herbs are powerful but I question there effectivness

Em im not sure that the worms saw were due to the muffin, maybe after your Clarkia jump ship to allimax and give it go, see what happens
