there is absolutely no reason why not. if the bacteria are active, then you should be able to culture them. they do need to be kept warm tho, for this to happen. you can get a cheap yogurt maker off ebay for about $20. if i were you i would add a bit of molasses to the mix, as the bacteria's favorite food is Sugar and minerals, and molasses is full of both. you can also add some FOS if you like, but i have found the FOS to be a bit hard to mix into the milk.
