Ive gotten great at *grunting* and sign language...ggg.

I also have a "handy-bag" ever ready since my spewing
came early on in my oil-pulling experience. I had put
too much oil in my mouth and when that oil began to
fluff and foam, it had no where to go but }} out! {{
