id say do not break the fast on this, it would be just too much, well, a lot for your body to bear it all together, the solid food again + the medecines...beurk!
keep strong, this will go away and stay as much as possible resting, with herbs teas and lots of liquids to help...maybe hot baths as well, all that could relax you...i know this might not be such an ideal answer but that´s all i can think of ...
