Re: fecal odor
Hi grem
Things you can do to help your situation that you might want to consider.
Start taking alfalfa tablets with each meal.
Alfalfa tablets are dirt cheap to buy, and is an excellent natural source of Chlorophyll, Vitamins, Minerals and Protein.
Get some peppermint leaves and brew some peppermint tea. Peppermint leaves calm the stomach, intestinal tract, and the nervous system. It comforts the stomach and nourishes the salivary glands to help with your digestion. It has astringent properties and soothes your nervous system.
Enzymes help in efficient breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
Start helping your digestion so your food does not lay there in your intestines getting stagnant through poor digestion.
The peppermint tea will help greatly, but you can boost your digestive process by munching on some little chunks of dried or fresh pineapple and papaya during the day when you feel like snacking, and especially with or just before each meal. Fennel seed is good also.
The pineapple and papaya contains all the digestive and pancreatic enzymes your body needs.
An activated charcoal supplement will capture unwanted material of gas and carry it safely through the digestive system.
As for chicken and steaks, you may want to consider fish as an extra source of protein.
