I am glad that your outbreak is not as bad as usual. I would give the lauricidin time. From what I understand, the way lauricidin works is that it dissolves the protective fatty membrane from around a herpes virus cell, thereby weakening it. I would treat yourself good and be gentle with yourself--try to get a good night's sleep and try to reduce your stress. I can break out from emotional stress and lack of sleep.
As for your other letter, from what I remember, when you first start taking lauricidin, sometimes a Heximer effect happens, that is, viral cells dying off that make you feel sick and which may give you flu-like symptoms. I recommend that you e-mail these questions to the person at the company who distributes lauricidin. He will explain the heximer effect in a better way, but I do remember that one can have flu-like symptoms with this when first starting lauricidin. Good luck. Have a happy Thanksgiving, too.
