INVINCIBLE--Quick rundown..thanks
Again I would be totally honored to be considered at such time.
1. Couldn't afford to see someone face-to-face (Or if they can, I will ask them to make a reasonable donation to a charity)---I Can afford it--although I need to save up as money is not abundant--but WOULD give to a charity for sure as I feel good in doing that.
2. Have not had kinesiology techniques applied to them yet--NEVER--yet anyway
3. Who's body's give me permission to ask questions via distance--I will make myself open to anything,
To give you a quick insight--I am 35 years old and have been in good health up to about 3 years ago. I used to manage a couple health food stores, and TRY to eat organic whenever i can. I used to workout religously 5 days a week, and was in great shape. I still get to the gym--but only about once every 10 days now. I use my slip in health as an excuse. About 3 years ago I started to get these troubles: Major stabbing pains in the chest that felt like a heart attack-and that has been getting more frequent as time goes on. That also leads to palpitations and anxiety.
I also get extreme headaches with dizziness. The knifing pains in my heart area happen quite frequntly in the middle of the night while sleeping--throwing me out of bed. I have gone to emergency 3 times over this period--with nothing to be found.
I also get weird pitted finger nails, and used to get a red flaking on my scalp that no longer happens.
My naturopath says its my thyroid(graves or hashimotos), but going to an endocrinologist-they say its fine.
I dont indulge in any fast food. My weakness is subway, and the occasional beer.
My BIG problem is that I used to be a mild smoker from 12 years ago up to about 4 years ago(about 3 smokes a day). Recently(6 months or so), I have gotten so frustrated with my health I have failed myself and have smoked an average of a smoke a day--BAD ME!
I am trying more organic foods, and started doing the moreless drink(although not to the frequency that I should). I use an infrared sauna twice a week, use a shower filter, do the alkalizing bath every 2 weeks, but need to do a lot more.
I guess that Applied Kinesiology might be a tool that could atleast guide me to finding the REASON that thes problems have occured.
Thanks Invincible.
