Even if you don't have specific allergies you may be experiencing the breakdown of mucus in your head. If you have or have or recently have had sinus problems, a cold or just a "stuffy nose" there may be some mucus trapped in your Eustachian tubes and the drainage of mucus is upsetting your equilibrium from your inner ear. If this is the case, then the dizziness may continue until the excess mucus drains and your inner ear mechanisms become balanced. Since ACV also tends to reduce mucus in the body, it may be involved in the process too.
