Ha ha....no, I wasn't that stoned! These things have a definite shape--like an eyelash, but the head is angular, almost like a triangle but one side is longer. I do not see segments, although I have seen them mating. They appear to have very tiny backbone--you can see the vertebrae. The size varies, but I would say no more than 2 mm x 4um.
