medication & flusing at bed time - urgent please

Hi - I am going to flush tonight. Every night I take 1/2 tablet of benedryl. It helps me avoid vertigo from ear problems, and without it I don't sleep. I am dealing with a number of sleep disorders including apnea. Can I take the benedryl? Where in the process of the Hulda Clark flush can i take it? Can I take it after I've had the olive oil drink?
