how much Ca for a 4 year old? He eats no dairy except plain organic yogurt (due to eczema). He gets home cooked food 90% of the time, used to eat more vegies but lately he's more picky, so he eats broccoli(3x a week), rarely cauliflower, bell pepper, and bok choy.
He loves almonds, but they seem to be a bit difficult for him to digest, his buttock becomes a bit itchy and his stool is sometimes (after eating nuts) pale colored.
I'm not abig fun of supplements for kids, the only thing I give him is homeop. Vit C.
Could you please state your opinion, wheather it's enough what he gets on Ca, or do we need to do some adjustment.
