Gastritis and lemon juice diet work together?

Gastritis, red pepper and lemon juice diet work together? Few days ago my doctor put me the diagnostic of severe gastritis. I wanted very bad to clean my system but I am afraid of lemon juice and red pepper to make my gastritis worst. I have hyperacidity and the acid from stomach make my esophagus to be irritated and inflamed. Was somebody in my situation? If yes please give me an advice. If somebody know a natural remedies for gastritis , I really appreciate the help. Thank you for help and happy thanksgiving to everybody.
