My daughter got varicella zoster from older woman (they call it shingles at that point but it's the same virus)

It's Nov. 20 and my daughter came down with the spots yesterday. Doc confirmed that it's chicken pox. WE're in Seattle if you get this and want to have "party" today, we're home!!! She is fine and now has about 50 spots but she's generally happy.
Also, the doc figured she got it from my aunt who has recently gone through chemotherapy for Breast Cancer (which put her at high risk for shingles) and two weeks ago, sadly, she got shingles and just before that my daughter spent some time with her, so my daughter got it from her. It's much harder on my aunt than my daughter.
I was surprised to learn though that Shingles (what they call in adults) and Chicken Pox (what they call it in children) is the exact same virus, varicella zoster.

So, if you want your child to have chicken pox, perhaps you should visit an old folks home because those poor older people have not had natural boosters lately because of vaccinations makeing the disease more and more rare.
