Hello, I am very curious about this no grain diet. I have very severe Acne and I do find that when I eat wheat my Acne inflames. I am by no means over weight and I see that a lot of this no grain diet is aimed at people who want to loose weight. I do quite a lot of exercise and am well into fitness. I guess I'm concerned that by doing the diet plan in mercola's book, I won't have the energy for exercising. I mean, don't you need carbohydrates for energy - what other food is there that gives high carbs without the grains. I really want to rid my Acne but will this mean I wont be able to train as hard??
So my question is - by doing mercola's no grain diet plan, will I still be able to do all the heavy exercising?
