Fruitarian pros and cons

Research into fruit

It is my understanding that Fruitarians only eat fruit that has fallen, ie not farmed.

PRO
1) Eating foods in there whole form as opposed to cooked, processed or synthesizes supplement extracts you are benefiting from their live enzymes and phytonutrients.
2) Caring for animal welfare and the equilibrium of our planet by not mass farming.

CON
1) When suffering from candida or any bacteria overgrowth or SIBO (small intestine bacteria overgrowth) fruit becomes negative because it feeds the bacteria. This is in fact something which affects about most of the population though people aren't aware they suffer from it.
2) Since most fruit is eaten without thorough disinfecting and overloaded with toxins from the polluted planet the above statement about people suffering from bacteria overgrowth becomes ever so more pronounced. Its recommended now to clean fruit thoroughly.

Unfortunately now, the prevention and treatment of bacteria would involve removing the beneficial peel or skin. Also unless you use fresh lemon juice, grapefruit juice or pineapple juice you have to use electricity and various other methods which involve contradicting the principle of caring for the land.

Make sure fruit is thoroughly cleaned, scrubbed, peeled, and soaked in fresh lemon juice / grapefruit juice / pineapple juice or pure l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), or distilled water (ozonated even better), or acid water from a Water Ionizer for atleast 15 minutes. (NOT alcohol, vinegar or cider vinegar as these all have their own negative side affects)

Please anyone, correct me if im wrong, with constructive argument. Also any additional information is good.

regards
