fleur de sel/Flower of salt--Minerals? "white salt" scam?

Does anyone have experience with this? I can't seem to find anything on the actual content, beyond the poetic.
It *sounds* lovely--and must have its own unique energy, ( and I bought some tonight, because they were out
of Celtic--the only other choice) but what about mineral content? It is pretty "white". Anyone know?
