Re: Larry King Follow-up Show "The Power of Positive Thinking"

What do we do with the negative thoughts? When we are balanced within ourselves, we let them go. If we don’t know how, we find a way to let them go. Practice these principles with this aspect…See yourself as positive, feel yourself being positive then act positively.

What happens if we repress these thoughts?
You’re right, if they are repressed they just go underground and end up showing up somewhere else. Again, think it, feel it and let it go. Its your conscious though too that will determine if you are 'acting' to attract that experience to you as well. You may think it and feel it but not act towards it, so it doesn't manifest. Or you may think it but your feelings and actions contradict the intention, so again it will not manifest.

Some of the beauty of life is that it all works out in the end. Even when we repress things, they still show up so that we may address them and decide how to proceed. We are given countless opportunity to decide how to use our creative power.

So whatever you focus on, you bring into your reality. Change will persevere: its up to us whether we go with the change (acceptance) and create through joy or we go against the change (repression) and create through suffering.

And there is much to learn through repression and suffering. I have learned a lot through that avenue. I have learned acceptance, forgiveness, compassion, I’m still learning. It can come full circle now. The law of attraction and many other universal laws are like cracking the code on suffering. There is a different way and the time has come for us to remember that.

Negative thoughts and suffering serve a purpose: everything in life does. How do they serve you? Once they have served us adequately, we have allowed them to do their job so to speak, we may move on to learn through different avenues.

Honor where you are...maybe it will serve you to explore your negativity. It serves me.
