My son has had a major reaction to Freederm cream. Redness, spots, lumps and bumps. Full details here.
My 6 year old son has had Eczema since he was born with some days better than others. We purchased Freederm cream hoping it would reduce his daily scratching of his sensitive skin. However after only 1 days use of the product our son has had some form of allergic reaction to the cream and his skin went visably red with small lumps and bumps all over his body (especially on his stomach and back).
He was in pain when we applied the cream, with his skin going from very good (for someone who suffers from eczema) to exceptionally bad in less than 5 minutes. We then deperately tried to wash the cream off with cold water. He has gone back to applying Epaderm cream but the red rash was still present for some time. I am obviously not happy with the product and wish to inform people who may be thinking of purchasing the cream to think again.
It took 3-4 days before my son's skin was back to normal.

But wait, at least I'll get my money back via their "100% money back guarantee" offer..............won't I?
Well Freederm do offer this but there is a problem.....READ THE SMALL PRINT.
You may see on the Freederm site that they offer a 100% money back guarantee numerous times in the content of the home page.
Quote:
"We Want You To Try It Completely At Our Risk.
We feel so strongly about having you try this new product for yourself, that we are willing to take all the risk. Let us send you FreeDerm HC so you can try it out for yourself and find out if it works for you. We believe it'll be the best product you've ever tried for your eczema. But if it doesn't help your problem for some reason, or if you're not 100% happy with it in every way, just return the unused portion and we will refund every cent you paid for it. Fair enough?"
However this money back guarantee is only available on orders LESS than $95. This information regarding the "money back guarantee" is stated via a link, right at the bottom of the home page. There is NOTHING to inform people wishing to purchase the cream of the rules on the returns policy NEXT to the quotes. ie a simple asterisk would suffice. This would suggest to potential buyers of the product that their are stipulations regarding the "money back guarantee".

I understand Market Traders and Arcangelo Capozzolo have tried other routes to make money online.
