liver flukes

hi
i just read a post from a few days ago showing a photo of a liver fluke. i thought i had passed hundreds of these but on pic it was ovoid and flat in appearance, whereas mine are sort of curled into a little tube. if these r not flukes what can they be?

i havent eaten anything remotely like this and havent seen them before i began my humaworm treatment. any ideas anyone?
