Re: how long do you feel horrible after a kidney flush?

I have had over 50 kidney stones related to an intestinal bypass that I had years ago. Whenever a kidney stone attack comes on I go jogging and they pass within one to two days. The longest it has ever taken is 4 days and that was to pass a 4mm and 6mm stone. A dostor passed this information on to me years ago after having done tests on dogs. It won't help you prevent the stones but it does help pass them. Jogging is the last thing that you want to do when you are in pain but it does help immemsely, try it and see.
