Zoe, I think you meant to post that message on the one after mine. Chuck's response to me was in regards to the master cleanse. I would however, love to tap into your resources. I've read what you wrote on the forums and blogs on this site and you seem like a pro. Your ideas and tips seem very helpful and I will put them to work!
