I haven't done this cleanse, but, I don't think you're SUPPOSED to eat the morning of the clenase, rather since most of us do eat, its saying go ahead and eat.. just lightly.. thats what I THINK... and since people have fasted and done the liver clenase with success, I guess it seems ok to not eat... which is what makes me think its not a supposed to thing, but rather for most of the eaters.. its just a "lighter" than usual thing... If that makes any sense...
