Its not as good, but I think we can forgive the man, as he is under the "laughing bug" and can't help himself.

The set up is its Belgian, and it was a famous TV program called "Boomerang"
The Show Host is Eric Hartman. He was making great strides in this show. This show was about medical operations that went wrong. Usually he has time to practice before the show but the man being interviewed was late. He had a routine throat operation where his vocal cords were damaged.( and the host hadnt heard his voice yet ) And being live TV, they just kept shooting without cutting the tape. I feel bad for the people, obviously the Host wouldnt laugh on purpose, and the harder he tried not to laugh the worse it became. After this, He was fired, and the Show cancelled. It was basically the end of his career.
