Hi, this is my first time posting, starting my 3rd MC

Hi everyone, thank you so much for providing this forum for all of us. I have been reading for the past few weeks while I was going through my first cleanse in the past 4 years. I didn't think I could do it, but my daughter was my strength and support as well as the rest of you here. I made it through 12 days and felt wonderful. I have been diagnosed with Crohns disease and was having painful attacks daily until I started
the cleanse. I have not had any pain since and the lump that I felt in my side on my waist has disappeared. I have slept better than I have slept in years and I have lost 4 and a half inches in my waist. I did not want to weigh myself because I didn't want it to be about lbs. I am now starting another cleanse with 7 others in my family. They have all seen the difference in me in just the 2 weeks I was on it and they are all motivated to feel better. I hope to get to know all of you and share the support.
I want to live a long time and watch my kids and grankids grow.
