I agree with John about getting the other cleanses done, even if you increase eating high fibre foods.
Depending on the amount of breads, pastas and high carb foods, they can cause alot of indigestion also. Even eating foods with high oil content will cause indigestion, such as salad dressing, and mayonaise.
Its had weaving through the pitfalls of what sets the stomach off. I know because I'm weaving that path myself, I didn't get to the vomiting stage, but very close. I would be out, get an indigestion attach and then just about pass out as the world started to spin.
It was my gallbladder!
Keep up the cleansing and it should improve.
