liver flukes? liver flukes?

Hi,
Im into my third day of humaworm, and this morning there were hundreds of little red things that looked like small tomato skins, which I presume were liver flukes, as i have only eaten maybe 2 cherry tomatoes in the last three days.

Could these possibly be liver flukes in such a short time?

Another question is, on the instructions it says take for 30 days. I thought the course was to be taken for two weeks, then miss a week, then take the other two weeks? Or have I got mixed up with something else?
