Update!

Just wanted to give you guys an update. I've been using the Samson a little more, and I'm definitely starting to get the hang of it... so yes, operating time does go down some with experience, although you still can't beat the Breville in terms of quickness of juicing! I've been noticing taste improves a little with certain juices on the Samson (beet juice definitely tastes better on the Samson), but on others there's little perceivable difference. I tried saving juice and putting it in the fridge after juicing with the Samson to see how well it would stay preserved, and to my disappointment it lost quite a bit of flavor after only 21 hours in the fridge (covered as well). I'm going to try freezing sometime, and tonight hopefully if I have time, I'm going to try making raw almond butter. I'll let you guys know how that goes! Tweet
