Hashimoto's - No Armour?

Does anyone know if taking Armour (instead of Synthroid) with Hashimoto's will work or not? Was told that the antibodies will also attack Armour, because it is natural and it won't work, so must take Synthroid, because it is synthetic and won't be attacked.
