i say go out in the woods that havent been touched for a hundred years or more and eat dirt. dig it up next to a flourishing plant of your choice(this could make a difference), take it home, air dry it at room temp, and capsulate with veg caps.

this process exactly has been described as a sure cure for cancer. in this instance, however, the focus was on dandelion roots. much emphasis was made on digging up the roots, shaking the clumps off and not wiping them or washing them at all. letting them dry at room temp only, and then making a powder of the root, dirt, dust and all and capsulate.

it is obvious from this procedure that not only are SBOs being harvested but ones specifically around the roots of this particular plant. furthermore, the dandelion root itself is a perfect prebiotic, chock full of FOS and other fibers/sugars that these "bugs" love to eat.
