Re: 1st Liver Flush - no stones

Stones may appear from 8 am to 3 pm.

It may be the method failure due to the person's weakness. If the liver is sluggish, there is not enough bile to push stones through.

If a person spends most of the time in a chair/bed - this scenario is very likely.

The lifectyle change is needed. Shake the liver! Go to gim and start aerobics class or step or jump on treadmill and see what you can do.

If you are too weak for all that - start from bushwalking or simply take a walk in a nearest park. Jump from time to time to send vibrations to the liver.

Also visit sauna - twice a week or more for not less then 15 min.
