Re: For all the fruitarians out there...
I get up at about 7 am. I do some exercises to loosen up, and then go for a quick walk of about a mile. Come back to my winter quarters in AZ, and read my email. About 9 am, I have a couple of tangerines, and about a
quart of water. Then we either go play in the desert, or drive into Phoenix for the day. About noon, I will have a couple more tangerines, and maybe a fruit drink. Then I will have fun walking around, or exercising, or playing on my Ural Motorcycle, in the desert. Throughout the day, I drink large amounts of water, and will take more fruit if I want to.
In the evening, I will have a warm 'soup' of peppers, squash puree, courgettes, maybe some apple, and banana, or a warm tomato and coconut milk soup. We never heat anything enough to burn our mouths, and both are very physical. I worked out that I manage very well on less than half the calories I used to eat as a vegan, and don't put on weight.I am not tired at all, sleep well, look good, don't have blood
Sugar problems, don't faint, don't have hair falling out, and can run for 15 minutes on the treadmill.
Fruitarian life is easy - we eat enough to keep us FIT, and I can keep up with folk 30 years younger than me.
