Thanks for the reply. The food allergy testing I had done was with a different guy, who is a MD but bills himself as an alternative doctor. I just recently had a test with this MD that involved sending stool samples taken over 4 days to a lab in N.C. It came back I had candida, but it was only a 1+ out of a 1-4 possible scale. My kinesiologist said those tests are unreliable and the numbers can fluctuate. He told me to stop the regiment the MD had put me on. I never have done any food allergy testing with my kinesiologist. I didn't spend much time talking about the acohol thing with him but I want to get it straightened out because I know there is a big problem there. I can easily not drink anymore, but I am worried that the problem will not be taken care of by simply abstaining. I can print out your response with the 3 herbs and bring it to him. One other question. What do you attribute dark circles to? I have developed a bad case the last 3 years, regardless of how much sleep I get. My kinesiologist orginally said that they indicate a liver problem but we haven't spent any time on it because of more pressing needs. Thanks. Tweet
