Re: Medical Rational on Delusional Parasitosis
I didn't know gerson died of arsenic poisoning. wow.
Strange you should mention gerson therapy and how successful it is, and yet relatively unknown (perhaps more known in the last 10 years or so? just a guess though).
My mom died of cancer 25 years ago. She was 55, and suffered through medical treatment, which was far worse than the disease itself. I was just a kid, but have clear recollections of how chemotherapy slowly killed her. I'm convinced she would have lived had she known about gerson therapy. I'm positive of it. It's a terrible thing how natural health is marginalized. My family fully believed in mainstream medicine, I don't think they even considered alternatives. I still have reminants of these beliefs too...my upbringing, not only my family, but the culture at the time.
Things maybe are better since then, more turning to natural healing....but not that many. I know curezone is the only place I go to talk about these things. I dare not breath a word of any alternative things I'm doing, my family and anyone else around here, would drag me off to a doctor in no time. They'd also think I was nuts.
It's a crazy world isn't it.
