My only current remedy for loose skin is dry brushing and more exercise.
I went from about 170 lbs to 115 lbs. Not necessarily in an absurdly short period of time, but faster than most. I sort of turned into a semi-Naturalist over night.
Anyway, I'm back up to 125, but I'm trying to lose that weight and get back down to 115 or less because I'm a 5'2 female. I'm not sure if what I have is extra skin or just more body fat, but I'm fairly certain a lot of it is loose skin that needs to be tightened up.
Does anyone know of any other remedies for tightening skin? If I wear spandex-like materials to hold me in while I jog or just around under my clothes, do you think that helps? I saw something about women who had small liposuction procedures being asked to wear stuff like that so that their skin didn't become lose and flabby. Any truth to that?
