Re: hypoglycemic and liver flush problems

Hi greengrrrl:

I am diabetec too and do not have have any problem with the flushes as far as fasting. Before my first flush that was my main concern.
The way I see the fasting, is not really from 2:00 p.m. to 10 a.m. the next day. Just think about how many times you got stomach sick and you did not wanted to see or touch any food for many hours and your Sugar level did not go down consequently you did not get dizzy.

This is my strategy:

1.I only worry to get in good condition from 2;00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2.I eat 3 times during the flush day; one around 8:00 a.m., the second time around 10:30 a.m. and the third time around 1:30 p.m.

3.I try not to burn a lot of energy. I laid down, take naps, and I stay away from computers as much as I can during that day and especially from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.

4. With the diet that day I do not feel very strong but I always survive.

5. After 6:00 p.m. I do no feel hungry at all because of the epsom salt.

6. Last fluh I did I really feel like food was getting in my mouth at 10 p.m. when I drank the grapefruit juice and olive oil.

So far I have done 4 successful cleanses and next weekend I will do my fith.

You can do it.

Piedro
