I've been grain, dairy and meat free for 5 days. I'm gaining weight and I work on a horse farm every day for approx two hours 5 days a week after I get home from my day job. What gives? I'm eating mostly granny smith apples or bananas for breakfast, hummus and Celery or red pepper for lunch and plain romaine lettuce or some unroasted almonds for snacks. Dinner can be a head of romaine or some green beans. Drinking atleast 1 liter of water per day with lemon or lime juice in it. I ate eggs for breakfast this morning and didn't have that sloshy feeling like I just ate a sponge. Should I try incorporating some fish or eggs in and see how that goes? I am formerly a strict meat and veggies person that as celiac and candida issues.
