Can anyone tell me plz if it's ok to eat raw kale? I read in "Nourishing Traditions" that it has to be cooked due to oxalic acid. I love kale and don't seem to have any problems when I eat it. On the internet some research indicates that there is insignificant amounts of oxalic acid in kale(even less than lettuce). Some ppl really recommended it, while others say it should be consumed after cooking. Any opinions?
