Well, I'd say that if you are excreting more than you are taking in....
That's a sign you're getting rid of something, isn't it?
I'm not trying to convince you, BTW, maybe just a reality check on expected results. If you are indeed passing plaque, you can expect digestion to improve...& you'll have increased absorption of nutrients....therefore, leading to a reduction in appetite(that's what it did for me, anyway).
