I just buy my Epsom Salt at Walgreens. Any store would have it. But, if you live in an area where it's not available, I would suggest going to keyword on your computer and just type in Epsom Salt. That might help you purchase it online.

Yes, it's the same stuff you use for gardening, soaking your feet, etc.
