I have done my several flushes every two weeks for the last three months and I have noticed that they are decreasing in size. The difference in colors have been varied like yours, except I got a few that looked like emeralds and white jade with speckles in them along with the usual tan, dark green etc. The second flush I did actually expelled 99% sure 2 gall stones. They were the size and shape of a golf ball and those I could feel being shot out in that area.
I dont know if you have had your gallbladder removed but I think it is a mixture of both gall stones and intrahepatic stones. They are connected literally and when the bile is pressure hosed out then the bile swooshes out matter in the gall bladder and then it washes the bile ducts. The color probably depends on the location and age of the stones as well.
