Hair loss and grey hairs before time

Hi

I want to ask few things about my Early age grey hairs and hair loss( not thick as i should be and lesser hairs than it used to be ) once i suffered from the Lever disease but later recovered and in that agony and pain that i been through was enormous then later i suffered from herpes and a year earlier i suffered from the Pysrosis -- any advice for me one of my friend told me to do one week one juice fasting and then lever flush it ws ok but i think ther are still alot to be done
