I have been following a low-carb diet for a month. I have lost 20lbs so far. And it is a lifestyle I can follow. I was 150lbs overwieght. You are not going to lose that wieght following one of these low-fat diets. Plus Atkins is something I can live with forerver. I LOVE TO EAT MEAT!!!!! Thats for all those vegans in here who love to taunt us meat eaters.
