It used to be on the http://www.oilpulling.com website, but for some reason it and a few other things cannot be found there. It was written by Lt. Col Rao who reports in the pdf booklet that he and his wife have been doing OP since the early 1990's. He also said that he had met and basically interviewed Dr. Karach about OP. Lt. Col. Rao said he has written books about OP, but I have been unable to locate any. Tummala Koteswara Rao
