Thanks for the encouragement. I will keep you posted. I am all aches and pains today. I hope my next chiropractor adjustment today does not make the pain worse.Wondering how long the pain will last. Will have to ask my chiropractor. She said to apply ice on the aches but it is aching all over and it is autumn now, I do not want to get colder applying ice.
