Re: Canker Sores During Cleansing?

This actually occurred a couple of weeks ago and it has gone away (took about 10 days) and as I said I did go to the doctor because I couldn't eat or sleep, really. Hi --

I received many great suggestions at the time on the OP forum -- lavendar oil, astralagus. I also stumbled across a medicine, for anyone who might get canker sores, called Debacterol that is supposed to be very helpful though you must have a prescription.

I am mostly interested at this point in peoples' opinions as to whether this could have been in connection with the OP cleansing, and thought I would toss it out on this forum where there is so much experience. One doctor thought it might be a herpes sore (although I do not get canker sores regularly, and do not get cold sores and don't have genital) -- this idea was consistent with another post I searched here on CZ where someone wrote in with canker who *did* get cold sores and a person responded saying that oil of oregano would force dormant herpes out forever....
