I've never been hungry on flush day either

I eat oatmeal in the morning and rice, beans, potatoes and green veggies for lunch at 1:30

drink tons of water and never think about food as I am satisfied.

hmmmmmmm, maybe try potatoes, rice, beans, oatmeal for your next flush???
